Your only rival is the best version of you.
I'm Kiri — strength and performance coach and NZ team powerlifter. I help people become stronger, more capable and more confident, wherever they're starting from.

Ways to train
Pick your starting line.
First time in a gym, coming back after a break, or getting ready for the platform — there's a way in that fits.
No ego. No judgement.
Just a lot of chalk and a little bit of chaos.

Stronger. More capable. More confident.
I'm a strength and performance coach with a background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, running and strength & conditioning. My coaching combines strength training with practical, sustainable nutrition and conditioning.
No competing with everyone else. No chasing perfection. Just becoming a stronger version of yourself.
My storyWorking with my coach has been such an important part of my powerlifting journey. Through her programming, guidance and support, I've achieved things in the sport I'm incredibly proud of — including placing 2nd overall at the Commonwealth Championships and earning the opportunity to compete at the Junior World Championships.
What I value most is that her coaching goes far beyond writing a program. She has helped me become a stronger, more confident and knowledgeable lifter, while always pushing me to get the best out of myself. Through the highs and challenges of training and competition, she has always been in my corner.
